One small lean-to and one small gable extension. Two storey buff brick building in Flemish Bond with a gabled porch. Two gable stacks. {2} The Trafford Free School was founded in 1740 by Dame Martha Trafford. A school room was erected in 1820, and replaced in 1861. The schoolmaster's house was built in 1826. {3}
