This is a building identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. Although this building has limited architectual and historic value, it does (with other buildings in the vicinity) enhance the character of the area in which it stands. {1} Clyde House is a two storey, red brick house, built with a three bay front and featuring a pitched pantile roof. It has double bay windows with a central door, and may be of possible 19th century date. {2}
