This is a building identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. Although this building has limited architectual and historic value, it does with other buildings in the vicinity enhance the character of the area in which it stands. The location is uncertain. {1}
This is a two storey red brick house, it has three wide sash windows, which have modern upv replacements to the first floor and two large windows with a central door, all modern replacements, to the ground floor. All the windows and doors have rubbed brick headers and concrete cills. The gabled roof has modern concrete tiles. {2}
