This is a building identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. Although this building has limited architectual and historic value, it does with other buildings in the vicinity enhance the character of the area in which it stands. {1}
Two storey three bay house with a central door, three sash windows to the first floor and two, either side of the door, to the ground floor. The windows are twelve light wooden sliding sashes with brick headers. The gabled roof is slate with two large chimney stacks. {2}
