This is a building identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. It is a good example of this style of building of this period and survives with only a few changes to its original construction. {1}
Large three storey mid-Victorian double bay fronted house with central doorway. Constructed in red brick with a slate roof and decorative ridge tile and three gables with decorative finials at their apexes, the central gable has a small roundel window, the rest of the windows are sashes with terracotta detailing around the windows and doors. {2}
