This is a building identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. It is a good example of this style of building of this period and survives with only a few changes to its original construction. {1}
Yellow bricked house with tile roof and single chimney stack. Large bay window to the front of the house with steps leading to the front door with an ornate suround. There is a bay window to the first floor with the rest being sashes with brick headers and stone cills. {2}
