This is a building identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. It is a good example of this style of building of this period but has, in the past, been altered and has lost many of its original features and its historic character. {1}
Two storey house brick with tiled gabled mansard roof with two dormers and sash windows to the rest of the building, the windows have been replaced with UPVC. {2}
