PRN 24149 West End Villa is a yellow brick Victorian house. It is two storeys in height with a tile roof and two bands of decorative red bricks, one to each floor and a further decorative red brick cornice. There is a bay window to the front and two windows to the first floor, all with stone cills and shaped stone lintels. {1} This is a building identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. It is a good example of this style of building of this period but has, in the past, been altered and has lost many of its original features. {2}
