PRN 24147 A two storey brick built, three bay house with a porch at the front. Rendered with slate roof and brick chimney stack. A stone quatrefoil, possibly from the remains of the abbey, has been inserted just below the chimney on the side elevation. {1} This is a building identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. This building has some architectural and historic value and it does, with other buildings in the vicinity, enhance the character of the area in which it stands. {2}
