Two brick built buildings with decorative brick string courses, although these are obscured on No. 47 by thick render. Some possible timber framing is still visible in number 49. Brick gable to end of number 49 with a chimney stack. {1}
This is a building identified as of historic interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. This building has some architectural and historic value and it does, with other buildings in the vicinity, enhance the character of the area in which it stands. {2}
