Full Description

A red brick building with a slate roof. The building has a small jetty to the front. Large chimney stack, the adjacent property has a modern front but the chimney appears to be shared between the properties. Date plaque below the chimney stacks of 1649. Rear extension with three chimney stacks. The roof line does appear to be shared with the adjacent modern fronted property. {1} This is a building identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. It is a good example of this style of building of this period and survives with only a few changes to its original construction. {2}
