Full Description

A yellow gault brick building with decorative red brick around windows, doorways and corners. There is also a dog toothed dentil course, decorative string course or banding and other patterns picked out in brick. There is one large sash window with margin lights to the ground floor and a further two to the first floor, all with stone cills and window arches. There is a door and open passageway. Slate roof with two chimney stacks and cast iron downpipe. {1} This building was identified as being of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. It is a good example of this style of building of this period but has, in the past, been altered and has lost many of its original features. {2}
