These are two buildings identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. They are a good example of this style of building of this period but have, in the past, been altered and have lost many of their original features and historic character. {1}
House,originally one, now two. Originally two bay with central door, slate roof with wo replacement chinmney stacks. {2}
