These are two buildings identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. They are a good example of this style of building of this period but have, in the past, been altered and have lost many of their original features and historic character. {1}
Two storey, three bay shop, may have been three small cottages originally. Slate roof with one single chimney. Wooden decrative facia board. Sash windows to first floor have stonewindow headers and quoin. {2}
