This is a building identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. It is a good example of this style of building of this period but has, in the past, been altered and has lost many of its original features and its historic character. {1}
Three bay two storey building. Now rendered with replacement tile roof. Has original four light sash windows to second floor and twelve light sashes to first floor, all have stone cills. {2}
