This is a building identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. It is a good example of this style of building of this period but has, in the past, been altered and has lost many of its original features and its historic character. {1}
Three storey townhouse, yellow brick with a slate roof and central chimney. Decorative stone window mouldings and brick course. Two bays. {2}
