These three buildings are identified as of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. They are a good example of this style of building of this period but have, in the past, been altered and have lost many of their original features and historic character. {1}
High Victorian buildings with large central building, four storeys, with three bays to each. The other two buildings are three storeys. All with attic dormers. Red brick with yellow decrative brick courses. Windows of main building and smaller adjacent building are paired lancets with four light sahes and dectative stone surrounds. Larger adjacent building windows arranged in a triple lancet with decrative stone surrounds. Slate roof. {2}
