These buildings are identified as being of historical interest by the South Holland District Council Local List. They are a good example of this style of building of this period but have been subject to some alterations and have lost many of their original features and historic character. {1}
Group of three two storey cottages with one bay (originally 16 light sash windows, which survives in two of the cottages) to first floor and door and single bay to the ground floor. Brick with shaped brick window arches and stone sills, originally with slate roof (No.2 now has a tiled roof) a single chimney to each cottage. {2}
