A site visit was undertaken on the brick outbuilding at 24 South Street, Caistor, prior to its proposed alterations. The outbuilding is known as 'The Old Bakery' and was probably originally a small domestic industrial workshop in the 18th century, and subsequently became a bakery in the 20th century. {3}{4}
