Full Description

A small country house built in 1648 and altered in the early 19th century. It was constructed of limestone ashlar and some red brick and has a hipped slate roof with a large central ridge stack and two projecting stacks on each return wall. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a Church and/or Manor farm group. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
