Rectory Farmhouse is a late 17th century, colourwashed red brick farmhouse, which underwent alterations in the 20th century. It has a thickly pebbledashed first floor with 20th century mock timber framing. Partially extant 17th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {2}
