Full Description

A quarter sessions court house which is now a church. It was built in the 16th century from coursed limestone rubble and limestone ashlar. It has a slate roof with stone coped gables and a bell turret on the east gable of a square plan, base, four arcaded openings with four centred arches under rectangular heads and a moulded cornice. A stone is inscribed with: "Fui Ao Di 1398} Non Fui 1594} Dom Dei et Pauperum Sum 1616} Qui Hanc Deus Hunc Destruet." There is a smaller datestone above inscribed 'G P 1830'.
