Full Description

Grade II listed farmhouse, dating from the late 18th century and altered in the mid 19th century. It is coursed limestone rubble and red brick with ashlar dressings and has a slate mansard roof with stone coped gables and three gable stacks. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1} Moorfield House Farm (Moorfield House), Aslackby and Laughton. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
