Full Description

PRN 38761 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This house is probably of 17th century origin although it has an 18th century front with a full-width bay window. Scars of a former building are visible on the east gable. The west party wall is timber framed and some original roof beams survive but otherwise the interior is modern. {1} This two storey ashlar stone house dates to the 18th century [this date is probably wrong - see above] with early 19th century alterations. It has a slate roof and a two storey, full-width bay window. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {2}
