PRN 38598 This early 19th century house is constructed of coursed rubble with stone dressings and a slate roof. It is two storeys in height on its street side and three on its garden side. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} This house was built by Joseph Robinson in 1808, replacing three earlier tenements which had collapsed following attempted repairs. The house is built on a sloping site, so the main room looking over the garden is above ground level. This room has an original verandah. {2}
