Full Description

Grade II listed farmhouse, dating from the early 18th century. It is red brick and has a concrete tiled pitched roof with stone coped gables and a slate roof to the rear. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1} Spinney Farm, Dowsby. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with a covered yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a hamlet. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
