PRN 38375 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This house is part of a row of five with nos. 14 and 15 St Mary's Hill (PRN 37665) and nos. 31 and 32 St Mary's Street (PRN 37892). Construction of the house was begun in 1781. {1} This three storey coursed rubble house dates to the early 19th century [this is slightly incorrect - see above] and is similar to nos. 14 and 15. It has a 19th century shop front.
