PRN 37892 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This house is part of a row with 14-16 St Mary's Hill (PRNs 37665 and 38375). It was built in 1781 with no. 16 (nos. 14 and 15 were built a year earlier). The interior fittings are uniform and generally plain. {1} This three storey coursed rubble house is early 19th century [this is slightly incorrect - see above]. It has an old slate roof and 19th century shop fronts.
