Full Description

Grade II listed house, dating from the early 19th century. It is chequered red and cream brick and has a pantile double ridge roof with gable stacks. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1} Unnamed farmstead, Pointon and Sempringham. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of T plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
