Full Description
Grade II listed farmhouse, dating from the early 18th century. It is coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and has a pantile roof with stone coped gables and brick stacks. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1}
Ivy House, Welby. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
