Full Description
Grade II listed farm house, dating from the 17th century and altered in the 19th century. It is coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and has a pantile roof with stone coped gables and off centre brick ridge stack on stone base. Corner House Farm, Ropsley and Humby. Partially extant 17th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with L-plan range plus detached buildings to the third side of the yard. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
