Full Description

A farmhouse of about 1700, with 19th century alterations, built in limestone with a collyweston slate roof and stone coped gables. The building is L-shaped in plan, with two storeys and attics. The door occupies a central position in the façade, with sash windows to either side and similar windows at first floor level, all with stone lintels and small keystones. The rear wing has matching sash windows and lintels. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of U plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a hamlet. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
