Full Description
A farmhouse and adjoining stable range dated to about 1800, with alterations of the early 19th century and about 1870. The farmhouse is L-plan and two storeys with a pantile roof. Casthorpe House Farm (Casthorpe House), Barrowby. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a Church and/or Manor farm group. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {2}
