Full Description

Grade II listed farmhouse, now house, dating from about 1700 and altered and added to in the 18th, 19th and mid 20th centuries. It was renovated in the late 20th century. It is coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and has steep pitched concrete tile roofs. The rear wings, now rendered, may have had timber framed first floors. This building stands on the site of a house of Premonstratensian canons. Regular courtyard with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {2}
