Full Description

PRN 37896 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This house is early 19th century. Until recently the street front had a bay window. The interior is gutted. {1} This two storey ashlar house with attics dates to the 18th century [this is probably incorrect - see above]. It has modern garage doors on the ground floor. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {2} The garage doors have been removed and the ground floor restored to a domestic appearance, although without a bay window. {3}
