This range of buildings includes no. 38 Broad Street (PRN 37245). It is constructed of coursed rubble with a slate roof. No. 13 has a 19th century shop front, however the shop fronts of nos. 12 and 14 are modern. This range of houses dates to the late 18th century. Nos. 13 and 14, along with no. 38 Broad Street, form a terrace. The interiors include early staircases in nos. 12 and 13. No. 12 appears to have been designed as a shop with accommodation. {2}
