PRN 37245 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This house forms part of a terrace with nos. 13 to 14 Ironmonger Street. It dates to the late 18th century and is built of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings. {1} This house dates to the mid 18th century [this date is probably incorrect - see above] and has a modern shop front.
