Full Description

PRN 37849 This two storey ashlar stone house dates to the late 17th or early 18th century. It has a slate roof, shared with no. 37 Broadgate. It has two small 19th century shop fronts with modern glazing. It is constructed of ashlar stone, although the rear wall is timber framed on the upper storey. It retains some early details although the windows were altered in the early 18th century. The interior has an early 18th century staircase as well as some 19th century fittings. {2}
