This house, which was originally part of one house with no. 6 (PRN 37261), dates from the 17th and mid 18th century. It is two storeys in height and is cement rendered with a slate roof shared with no. 6. This house and no. 6 were divided in 1824, when a stair and kitchen were added to this section. Another room was added in about 1843. {2}
