This house was built around 1830 as the mill owner's house to Kings Mill (PRN 37082). It is built of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar stone dressings and a slate roof. The ground floor has a 20th century conservatory. The interior has a good staircase, some original fireplaces and most of the original doors.
