Full Description

Grade II listed house, dating from the early 19th century. It is coursed limestone rubble and limestone ashlar and has slate double ridge roofs with ashlar gable stacks. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1} Grange Farm (Kirkby Grange), Kirkby Underwood. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
