Full Description

Early 19th century red brick building, at one time the headquarters and library of the local philosophical society. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1}{2} The building is marked as a school on the 1904 OS map of Grantham, and as an infant school on the 1888 OS map. White's 1872 Trade Directory notes that there were two infant school in the town at the time. {3}{4}{5}
