PRN 37450 The Vicarage was built in 1789 by John Langwith at a cost of £801 12s. The building is two storey with attics and basements.The garden wall and gates are also listed. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} The Rectory, formerly the Vicarage was built in 1789 by John Langwith who was also the architect. It is located on the plot of Dinsdale House which was bought under a will dated 1663. The ground floor of the present building is raised on a basement containing some stone walling which is possibly from the previous house. {2}
