PRN 37251 This building dates to the early 19th century. It is three storeys in height and is cement rendered with a slate roof. The shop front has been rebuilt. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} This building (referred to as no. 3 High Street) was sold as a draper's shop, counting house and warehouse in 1824 and was probably built shortly before this date. It has a rear range which was formerly separated from the street range by a narrow yard. The rear range is built of brick or stone except for the south wall which is timber framed. The interior includes a decorated fireplace. {2}
