[Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.]
This house originated as a timber framed building. An ashlar stone front was added in the 18th century and there are now only two posts from the earlier building surviving in the rear wall. {1}
This house dates to the early 18th century [this is probably incorrect - see above]. It is two storeys high and constructed of ashlar with a slate roof. {2}
