Full Description

PRN 37182 These three storey coursed rubble houses date from the late 18th century and are now used as municipal offices. There is a coach arch in the centre of the building. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} This building was built as a pair of houses by the Earl of Exeter in 1792-4, perhaps to designs by Thomas Lumby. Between the two houses is a carriage arch. The interior fittings are mostly early 19th century and undistinguished. {2}
