Full Description

Grade II listed farmhouse, dating from 1729, by William Sands, and altered in the mid and late 19th century. It has roughcast rendered brickwork and a slate roof with raised rendered gables and two red brick gable stacks. The site is moated and was originally a 10th century cell of Peterborough Abbey. Regular courtyard of U plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a Church and/or Manor farm group. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
