Former farmhouse to Manor Farm, dating from about 1800 and altered in the late 19th century. Built of red brick and features a slate roof with two ridge stacks. It is of two storeys, and has a four-bay front with first floor band and eaves band rising over first floor windows. The main doorway to right has an overlight and plank door, and there is a single glazing bar sash window to right. There are paired later 19th century glazing bar sashes to left, with plain heads.
