Full Description
Large, early 19th century house of three storeys and basement. Built of brick, with very wide eaves cornice on paired modillions. The building has five windows in plain reveals to the 1st and 2nd floors, and four windows to the ground floor, each having hung sashes with glazing bars. The good central wood doorcase is in Greek Ionic style, with decorated modillion pediment and traceried fanlight. The part-glazed door is carved to the same design as the ingoes. There are two smaller side wings of two storeys - that to the left with modern porch and round-arched window, round arched entry to right with modern door and side light.
