Full Description

Former two-storey house dating from the early 18th century, though with some alterations. The building had a heavily worn datestone with only the first part decipherable as '17--'. The building was constructed of brick and had a steep roof of old slates with a coped gable end, and brick dentil eaves cornice. There were five windows to the first floor, all with 20th century glazing, with one being a loading door. The ground floor had a segmental-headed window, and a 20th century door and shop window. The building seems to have been demolished whilst being considered for listing in 1975, and was subsequently de-listed in 1976. {1}{2}
